no more full fat cream. only on special occasions (breakfast).
no more late-night snacks of honey.
no more mid afternoon cookies. there are lots of vegetables here and they are plenty tasty.
today i may go to bergama, which is an ancient city with a huge crumbling aquaduct. it is a day trip from burhaniye.
the smell of smoke is gone from the air now. in the front yard across the way the tangerines are long gone.
